Military vs Cancer Great North Run 2026
Join the Military vs Cancer team for the Great North Run, the world's largest half marathon (13.1 miles), shown live on the BBC. Fundraising target £400. Includes a professional running top, fundraising advice and materials. All proceeds support Military vs Cancer.
Ultra 4 Cancer - Lapland 2027
Run or walk 100km over two days, or 50km/25km over one day through Swedish Lapland's boreal forests and across frozen lakes. Join TV's Foxy (SAS: Who Dares Wins) and Woody (BBC). £500 registration fee (instalments available) plus minimum £800 fundraising, split between four cancer charities. Only 250 places. Includes in-country transfers, hotels, camping, marked course, medical team and race medal.
Ride to the Wall 2026
The 19th annual Ride to the Wall brings together motorcyclists, families and friends from across the UK and Europe for a Service of Remembrance at the National Memorial Arboretum, remembering those who gave their lives on active service since 1945. 7,000+ riders expected.
Remembrance Sunday – National Service
The national Remembrance Sunday service at the Cenotaph on Whitehall, attended by the Royal Family, veterans' associations and senior government figures. Open to the public along the route.
